Monday 20th April

Wow Elm class I've been so impressed with the work you have produced on my first day with you and I can't wait to see what you do for the rest of the week and term.  It looks like you have been very busy over Easter and lots of chocolate has been consumed!  I'm so glad you have enjoyed the toilet roll video too.  Lots of you have told me you did in your emails. The staff had lots of fun making it.  I've had a lovely day reading your emails and I also joined in with P.E with Joe Wicks.  It was very tough today!! Here are a few pictures of what you have been up to.  EL really wanted to come to school today so she put a school dress on to do her home learning.  Now that is keen!

Tuesday

Today has been another busy day for Elm class!  We have been doing lots of measuring and I am so impressed with the different ways you have been doing your measuring. AB and AR made their own balance scales at home!  A great idea!

It's been another day of Joe Wicks today. I need to work off the chocolate I'm eating!

Wednesday

Wow! I'm so impressed with your work today. The creativity was amazing, although I'm not sure who enjoyed it more? You or your adults?! It's been such a lovely, sunny day today and it was good to see so many of you have been outside. I went for my daily walk today which very quickly turned into a run through no choice of my own! But it felt good to get out smiley Tomorrow, my goal is to join in with Joe Wicks. Who's with me?

Thursday

Oh my goodness, what a lovely day it has been today! The sun has certainly got his hat on...yes Lots of you have been doing outdoor learning today which is great. I've been really impressed with your Paddington writing today - I hope my video helped! Did you like the royal music in the background? I'll tell you a secret, I had to put that on because my little boy was running around like crazy outside the room and you could hear him stomping! I quite like the music, so maybe I'll put it on again next time.

Tonight is clap for our carers, let me know if you go out to clap!

Friday

It's finally Friday, has it been a long week? Are you looking forward to the weekend? You've written some lovely letters to each other this week, please have a read. We're all missing each other so much but remember after every storm is a rainbow! And at the end of that rainbow will be a big party when we're all back together again! I hope you all have a lovely weekend, I can't wait for next week's learning!
