I hope you had a fantastic weekend

Commiserations Maple class! We didn't quite beat Holly class this time, but you certainly did your yourself proud and achieved a massive score of over 36,500.

Congratulations to Stephen and Harry you were our top scorers, with Summer A and Valerie coming close behind them.

And we came 3rd overall!

This week we are going to be doing various types of assessments. Most of these should be done independently. Remember to read each question thoroughly. Take your time, if you don't know a question come back to it at the end. And if you still have no idea, take a guess...you never know!

Today is a grammar and punctuation test. All of these things we have covered, so take your time and complete this independently.

PSHE

Lock-down has been a difficult time when we feel that the things we love and enjoy have been taken away from us.  For example, most of us are unable to go to school, see friends and family, take part in after-school activities or visit our favourite place

During this difficult time, you may have learnt new skills, discovered new talents and found more of your special qualities. These positives need to be captured and celebrated.

Can you take some time to think about what positives being in lock-down has taught us?

Spend some time thinking about the three questions on the sheet and then complete each activity. When you have completed them, display the activities somewhere you can see and be proud of them each day. If you are having a difficult day, looking back at your answers will help you to feel proud and positive about yourself a difficult time when we may feel that the things we love and enjoy have been taken away from us.
