Good morning, Cherry Class!

I hope you had a relaxing Easter break. It’s been great seeing the sun coming out.

Joe Wicks:

Have a go at this game:

If you'd like a challenge - or the link doesn't work - try this sheet:

This week we’ll be looking at recipes, moving on to write our own recipe.

Today, I’ve given you a recipe and some instructions to read.

Once you’ve finished reading them, use the task sheet to write the features that both recipes and instructions have.

After that, write down the features that only the recipe has. (I’ve written some features at the bottom of the task sheet to help you).

Give yourself 20 minutes to have a snack or have some rest.

From today, we’ll be using a website to help us with our Maths while we learn at home.

Click the link:

We’re going to start right from the beginning.

Click Week 1 (Lesson 1 – Unit and non-unit fractions)

Watch the video.

Next, open up the task sheet and have a go at answering the questions.

You can either print it out and write your answers on the sheet, or you can open it up and type your answers in the answer boxes.

If any of the questions are too tricky, you can skip them or come back to them later.

It’s lunch time so take an hour to have some lunch and have a break.

Read a text of your choice for 20 minutes. It can be a book, newspaper, magazine…anything you like!

Today, we’re looking at the key question “If someone believes in a god, how can it affect or change their life?”

What do you think? Answer the question in the box on the sheet.

After that, we’ll be looking at what Christians believe.

Watch the story:

Have a go at answering the questions. There are no right or wrong answers. It’s just what you think.

Cosmic Yoga:

Well done today, Cherry Class. I can’t wait to see the learning you’ve completed.

See you all back here tomorrow!
