Good morning, Magnolia Class!

As always, great work! I’m really enjoying looking at what you’ve been up to.

PE with Joe Wicks:

Choose five of your spelling words and use them in sentences.

Today, we’re making a start on our Charlie and the Chocolate Factory story. The story is going to be a picture book.

This sheet is divided into boxes. There are five boxes (one for each section of the story).

In each box, you can write or type a paragraph for your story.

Next to your paragraph, you can draw or copy and paste a picture to match what you’ve written.

This doesn’t have to be finished today, as we’ll be finishing this tomorrow.

Remember to include description (adjectives, adverbs and similes).

If you’d rather write your story on paper, that’s fine as well. J

Have a 20 minute break.

Today, we’re doing some more work on fractions.

Next, open up this task sheet and have a go at answering the questions.

You can either print it out and write your answers on the sheet, or you can open it up and type your answers in the answer boxes.

If any of the questions are too tricky, you can skip them or come back to them later.

Have some lunch and have a break for an hour.

Take half an hour to do some reading.

Today, we’re looking at how music makes us feel.

Once you’ve read the page and watched the videos, have a go at filling in this sheet:
