If you complete any of the activities below, remember to get your adult to email your learning to Mr Bilton and Mrs Balestrini by 3pm.

Maths - Think about what you learnt in yesterday's powerpoint and complete the task below.

English - Have a look at the powerpoint to learn about fronted adverbials and then try the activity below.

Something Else:

In the video you watched as part of yesterday's home learning, it showed how Pilot made a decision about what to do with Jesus and then changed it because of pressure from the crowd. At some point, everybody has felt pressure from friends and family to do something they might not want to do. Talk to your adult about how to deal with peer pressure - can you think of any good methods for dealing with it? If so, include them in your email with your other home learning!

If you get bored...

You could try one of these activities. If you do it properly, one of these should take you quite a long time and might be best done over several days. If you complete one, email in a picture or video!

  • Design and make your own board game - This could be about some of the things you've been learning about or about something that interests you. It should have a board, playing pieces, playing cards and you could even make your own dice!
  • Make your own stop-animation video - If you have access to a camera or tablet, you could make your own stop-animation video (there are some good apps available for this too). Design and cut out (or make out of plasticine, if you have some) your figures and objects and take photos of them acting out a scene of your creation. Remember, between each photo you should move the characters only a tiny bit so the video doesn't look too jumpy. There are plenty of websites to help you with this too, if you google 'stop animation'.
