Good morning, Magnolia Class!

I’m really enjoying seeing what you’ve done. You’re all working so hard. Keep it up!

PE with Joe Wicks:

Find and underline or highlight the expanded noun phrases on the sheet.

Listen to chapters 3 and 4 of Gangsta Granny.

Today you are thinking about the character Ben. Who is he? What sort of character do we think he is?

Your task is to draw Ben in the middle of your page.

What do you think he would look like?

Then split your page in half, on one side think about Ben’s appearance, on the other side write about his characteristics/personality.

You can use the sheet as a guide if you want to.

Have a 20 minute break.

Today, we’re doing some more work on fractions.

Lesson 3 – Fractions of a set of objects (1).

Watch the video.

Next, open up this task sheet and have a go at answering the questions.

You can either print it out and write your answers on the sheet, or you can open it up and type your answers in the answer boxes.

If any of the questions are too tricky, you can skip them or come back to them later.

Have some lunch and have a break for an hour.

Take half an hour to do some reading.

Today, we’re going to be finding out about the Great Fire of London.

Take a look at these facts and pictures:

Then, have a look at this video:

Using what you’ve found out, create a presentation to show what you’ve found out about the Great Fire of London.

It could be:

  • A poster;
  • A piece of writing;
  • A PowerPoint presentation;
  • A video;
  • Or any other format you like.

Take a look at this video:

Think about ways that you can be kind to other people and yourself.

I hope you’re all getting a chance to enjoy the sunshine. After working so hard, you deserve a good rest.

Have a great evening!
