Home Learning 22nd Feb - 26th Feb

Hello Year 3

We hope you have had a restful half term and that you are ready a raring to go again! You all did so fabulously last term. We have a Zoom call this week which we are all looking forward to - Please note these are on Wednesday Morning this time round and not in the afternoon. Remember to change your name to your child's name otherwise we will not be able to invite you into the room.

Miss Giocondi is in school this week with Miss Hunter .

Mrs Mulholland is on the emails Monday-Thursday with Mrs Balestrini on Friday.

- Daily reading; - Spelling practise; - Times Table Rock Stars or Numbots; - Your home learning project.

If at all you have any issues, please do email us and we will respond as quickly as we can to help you or use Seesaw during allocated times. 

If your child needs adapted spellings we will email you by 8am on 22.2.21. If you do not receive the email, please take it your child will have these year 3 spellings. Any concerns please get in contact.

Parents:

If your child is coming into school, we have PE on a Wednesday. Please make sure kits are in, hair tied back and earrings are out :)

Oddizzi is an online, geography resource for primary schools. They provide high-quality primary geography resources. Chidlren can watch videos, look at pictures, learn about different subjects and even take quizzes.

If your child would like to play a quiz, click the quiz button at the top, then they will have to find their name in the drop-down list.

 

Espresso is a really useful website which allows you to search for videos, images, or interactive activities which help support your child with wither learning. They have resources for all Primary ages. If you have a spare 5 minutes, each week they upload a weekly digest of child friendly news. The children really enjoy the news videos mostly because at the end there is an opportunity to test your knowledge with a quiz. Click the link below and have an explore.
