Today, you will be completing some sketching work. When Darwin visited the Galapagos Islands, he wouldn’t have been able to take photographs and videos of his discoveries like we would today. Instead, he would have had to draw everything he saw to be able to show other scientists back in England. Therefore, his sketches would have needed to be incredibly accurate.
Below is the link to a website with video tutorials for sketching many species of animals. Choose one of the animals that you would like to draw and have a go at following along with the video. Remember you can pause the videos to give yourself extra time if you need it.
