What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is being aware of your feelings and thoughts. It is about knowing how the way you feel affects what you do. Mindfulness helps to develop emotional intelligence in children which is all about how children manage their own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress and worries, communicate effectively and overcome challenges.
