Welcome to Year 3. We are an excited group of children who are always taking on new challenges and being the best we can be!

Miss Giocondi in and Mrs Balestrini (Thursdays)Magnolia class .

Mrs Curtis is our teaching assistant across Year 3.

Things to Remember:

Reading records should be in every day. Children should be reading 5 times per week, 3 times with an adult and twice independently this MUST be recorded.

Spellings are given out on a Monday. The children will be tested on a Friday.

PE is on Wednesday afternoon for  for both  Cherry Class and Friday afternoon for Magnolia (apart form 1st week back due to assembly practise). Children are expected to have full PE kit. Earrings should be removed. PE kits to be taken home at the end of the week to be washed.

Magnolia class have Forest school on a Wednesday afternoon. Children can come in uniform and get changed during the day. If they would like to wear short sleeve tops due to warmer weather, this is fine, however long bottoms must be worn! 

The children created amazing online book reviews using a variety of computer techniques including green screen, voice over, split screens and picture on a picture. The children thoroughly enjoyed doing this activity and learnt new skills in videoing such as editing, and adding fancy transitions.
